On September 25, 2025, our team at the Singapore Jeju Office had the honor of introducing Jeju at the Korean National Day Reception hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. Held at the Fullerton Bay Hotel, the event welcomed over 1,000 distinguished guests, including Singaporean officials, business leaders, and members of the Korean community.
It was a meaningful opportunity to share Jeju’s culture, products, and tourism with an international audience.
Highlights from the Jeju Booth
Our booth brought together some of Jeju’s best-loved specialties and attractions:
🍊 Jeju tangerines — 70kg of fresh citrus for tasting, generously provided by Jeju City Agricultural Cooperative.
💧 Samdasoo mineral water — shared with guests and included in VIP gift bags.
🥩 Jeju Hanwoo beef and pork — featured through a promotional video highlighting Jeju’s premium exports.
🌴 Tourism maps and videos — offering a glimpse into Jeju’s landscapes and travel experiences.
🎉 Early promotion of Jeju Day 2025 — building anticipation for the upcoming celebration.
Adding to the experience, Jeju citrus wine was selected as the dinner wine for the evening, offering guests a refreshing taste of the island’s unique produce.
Why This Matters
Beyond product promotion, the evening was an opportunity to share Jeju’s story — its natural beauty, its agricultural strengths, and its growing global presence. The positive feedback from guests reminded us of the importance of creating these connections and strengthening awareness of Jeju abroad.
