At the recent FHA-Food & Beverage 2025 event held at Singapore EXPO, there were a number of Jeju leading suppliers and distributors, notably Mr. Milk, Korea Radish Export Corporation and Korea Citrus Export Corporation.
Mr. Milk is a “One Source, One Farm” dedicated dairy production company; their products range from milk, yogurt, gelato, cheese to even snacks like cookies! With the tagline ‘Everyday Fresh’ and the belief that the good ingredients produced in Jeju make magnificent dairy products, Mr. Milk has their own milk processing facility in Jeju with organic milk sourced solely from St. Isidore Farm in Jeju.
Another supplier at FHA was Korea Radish Export Corporation, which exports 90% of their radishes from Jeju. There was much fanfare due to the fact that Jeju radishes are naturally sweet. Grown in the pristine volcanic soil of Jeju Island, these radishes benefit from the region’s unique microclimate, rich minerals, and clean water sources, which together enhance their natural sweetness and crisp texture. Korea Radish Export Corporation is at the forefront of promoting premium Korean produce globally, with a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation. Their dedication to showcasing the best of Korean agriculture was clearly reflected in every bite of their exceptional Jeju radish.
Lastly, Korea Citrus Export Corporation showcased an array of Jeju mandarin with varieties such as cheonhyehyang (thousand-mile-scent) and the famous hallabong. With their vibrant and refreshingly sweet Jeju citrus, where warm ocean breezes, mineral-rich volcanic soil, and abundant sunshine come together, these citrus fruits develop an exceptional balance of sweetness and acidity. This natural environment gives Jeju citrus its distinctive aroma, juiciness, and flavour that stands out on the global stage.
Out of the over 1600 exhibitors from 50 countries at FHA 2025, Jeju produce and products definitely stood out to visitors from all over the world.
