Experience the Taste of Jeju through the many gastronomic delights during the Jeju Food & Wine Festival 2025 and its collaboration events

Since its launch in 2016 the Jeju Food & Wine Festival (JFWF) has become a flagship event for food lovers all over the world. This vibrant festival not only shines a spotlight on fresh local ingredients like seafood, Jeju black pork, and citrus fruits, but also brings traditional recipes and time-honoured cooking techniques to life; offering guests a truly unique tasting experience. Now in its 10th edition, JFWF continues to provide the perfect way to experience the unique flavours of Jeju – best shown through the delicate hands of top chefs from around the world. All this goodness culminates in one unforgettable celebration of food and culture that you won’t want to miss!

Running from the 8th to the 17th of May, JFWF features a range of collaboration events starting with a dessert fair on the 13th and 14th of May where 20 local dessert and coffee brands will gather at Shinhwa Terrace. On the 15th, two master chef class sessions will take place at La Bella in Jeju Shinhwa World. A wine tasting session will also be happening between 3 to 8pm on the same day, featuring more than 80 premium wines and traditional Korean liquors. Each wine will be paired with Jeju ingredients selected by importers and can be purchased for discounted prices.

The highlight of the JFWF event will be the gourmet dinner, which will take place in two parts on the 16th at Jeju Shinhwa World. Four chefs from the popular Netflix show “Culinary Class Wars” will collaborate with four Jeju-based chefs using local ingredients to create eight original buffet-style dishes. All these will be rounded off by the finale event, the Gala Dinner Halla, which is an invite-only event where sponsors of the event can enjoy a formal 6-course dinner prepared by domestic and international star chefs. Additionally, there will also be a food-themed film appreciation event in June accompanied by key dishes and craft beer featured in the movies.

Whether you’re a passionate foodie, a wine enthusiast, or simply looking for an unforgettable cultural experience, JFWF offers something for everyone. From star-studded dinners to delicious collaborations, the festival promises memorable moments at every turn.
