Jeju Herb and Health Functional Food Company is a health functional food company established in 2012. It searches and uses healthy ingredients grown in Jeju and continuously engages in research and development of its products. In particular, it has been focusing on researching the functionality of the Korean Dendropanax (Hwangchil) tree, which is also known as the ginseng tree and for its superior medicinal effects. This globally prized tree is a unique species that grows solely in the southwestern coast of Korea and Jeju Island, and is used in various fields. It provides robust health benefits as it contains Beta-Cubebene, Saponin, Catechin, Selinene, and Selenium. Through long-term research, Jeju Herb and Health Functional Food Company has been utilizing Hwangchil tree extract in its product such as Bonhwangchil whole eel juice (health drink) and InnoQ Plus (tea to induce a restful sleep) etc. and has received much love from consumers. As Korea’s southern most volcanic island, Jeju’s climate and topology is exceptional, where the lowest temperature is maintained at around 2 degrees. This aids the growth and maintenance of vegetables’ roots and is an optimal growing environment. Jeju volcanic soil is also ideal as it drains well and is light in well. All products are made in a HACCP certified facility using high-quality raw materials. |
