JEJU NATURE & VINEGAR was established in 2015, and is a manufacturer that oversees multiple operations including directly carrying out the production of raw materials, to the delivery of finished products. It continually engages in research and development to make quality products from Jeju-grown agricultural product. The company operates the brand Jejurobda which line of products include Jeju Tangerine Balsamic and Rice Yogurt. JEJU NATURE AND VINEGAR follows the traditional principle of fermentation and uses seasonal agricultural ingredients grown on the clean Jeju Island. No additional additives such as artificial sweeteners, coloring, and flavors are added. It has a registered patent for its manufacturing method of making vinegar from fermented carrots and fruit, and holds five
patents related to the production of fermented food and fruit vinegar. Its products are made with its original strains and their quality are maintained at an excellent level.

Consuming vinegar has many health benefits, however, it may be challenging to consume it regularly. JEJU NATURE AND VINEGAR succeeded in making fermented vinegar into a product that is beneficial to one’s health, but also delicious and easy to consume. Its vinegars can be consumed in a variety of ways including mixing it with hot water to make tea, or diluting it with carbonated water or cold water to make an ade, or as consuming it as a cocktail by adding alcohol to it.
