It proudly launched the dry fruit brand, 'Byeol & Byeol Charm,' and a grain processing brand, 'Granolien,' with a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on quality management, JE:US has implemented a stringent production control system, ensuring that its products are crafted using premium raw materials. The dried fruit chips 'Byeol & Byeol Charm,' produced by JE:US, are made solely from raw fruit materials without any additives, and contains only 0.1% of added substances. JE:US’ products adhere to the four principles of being sugar-free, preservative-free, fragrance-free, and colorant-free, making them a healthy snack option. Additionally, utilizing patented compound drying technology, its snacks have a crispy texture similar to cookies while preserving the unique taste of Jeju tangerines. Keeping the original taste, color, and aroma of fruits intact, the crispiness of the snack is emphasized, allowed consumers to enjoy delicious seasonal fruits all year round. 'Granolien,' produced by JE:US, is a granola made from premium raw materials sourced from the pristine Jeju region. Utilizing Jeju-grown buckwheat, tangerines, and oats, it is the result of over a year of research and development by the research team of Jeju University's Department of Food Engineering, Jeju Technopark, and JE:US, a local company. Moreover, employing a patented compound drying technology unique to Granolien, it preserves both nutrition and flavor, creating a delightful texture. |
