Ollebadang Fishermen's Union Corporation has a hygienic production facility certified by HACCP and processes and produces seafood from Jeju Island. Its products are distributed under the <Hanolle> brand. Hanolle is a Jeju dialect that means the length of a village. In Jeju Island, there is a warm custom of sharing food with neighbors in one neighborhood. The brand Hanolle is created to convey the customs of Jeju Island to customers. In 2020, Ollebadang Fishermen’s Union Corporation developed cup noodles using Jeju red-banded lobster and applied for a patent for the manufacturing method of Jeju red-banded lobster tea bags for broth in 2021. Jeju red-banded lobster cup ramen has been exported to the United States since 2021 and is currently being exported to Australia and Japan. The spicy Jeju Red-banded lobster Ramen <RED> and deep, strong flavored <BLACK> is newly released in November 2023. |
