๐Ÿ–๏ธ Jeju Opens Its Beaches for the 2026 Summer Season

Summer has officially arrived on Jeju Island.

On 24 June, all 12 designated beaches across Jeju opened simultaneously for the 2026 summer season, welcoming visitors back to the island’s coastlines.

From the crystal-clear waters of Hamdeok Beach to the volcanic black sands of Samyang Beach, Jeju’s beaches each offer a different way to experience the island’s natural beauty.

A Safer and More Visitor-Friendly Beach Season

Jeju’s beaches also continue to cater to a wide range of visitors. Hamdeok Beach operates a designated Pet Beach for visitors travelling with their pets, while Iho Tewoo Beach operates as a Barrier-Free Beach to improve accessibility for all.

Rental fees for beach convenience items have also been frozen for the third consecutive year, with parasols priced at KRW 20,000 and beach platforms at KRW 30,000.

As summer unfolds, Jeju’s coastlines once again become places for relaxation, recreation, and unforgettable seaside memories. ๐ŸŒŠโ˜€๏ธ
